Turn an ordinary pool noodle into an epic foam sword with our sword handle! Perfect for kids (and kids at heart), this durable and eco-friendly handle transforms any standard pool noodle into a lightweight, soft sword for imaginative play or backyard battles.
Simply screw the pool noodle into the handle, and voilà—you’ve got a custom sword ready for action. Whether you're battling pirates, dragons, or just chasing siblings around the yard, this handle is built for hours of fun.
⚔️ Please note: Pool noodle not included. We have prototyped with pool noodles purchased from The Warehouse with an inner hole diameter of approximately 2.3cm which fit perfectly. We have cut the noodle at 50cm length and made 3x "sword pieces" out of it however you can cut it as short or as long as you wish (basic scissors work fine). Also, whilst these have a pretty hefty screw on the end that holds the noodle tightly in place, rough play will degrade the noodle over time but these can easily be replaced by unscrewing & screwing a new piece in.

- While we print with only high-quality filament, 3D printed designs will not withstand the same amount of force traditional plastic products would. We do not recommend these are thrown, dropped or handled with excessive force.

So glad I found someone in America playing with these & sent the picture to you to see if you could make them. Gave them to the grandkids to play with today, & they were a big hit (get it? Big hit? 😂). They chose their own noodle colour & they’re going home with them to sword fight on the trampoline (MUCH better idea than Nana’s lounge - think Grandad’d blood pressure was going up!).
